This website is a showcase for JamSumStore products. We do not run accounts or checkout on this site. If you email us or use the contact form, we receive the name, email address and message you send. If you join the mailing list, we store your email address to send product news.

2. Purchases

All purchases are completed on Ballwool (ballwool.com). Your payment and order information for a purchase is collected and processed by Ballwool under Ballwool's own privacy policy — we never see or store your payment card details.

3. Cookies & Tracking

This site uses a small number of cookies: a preference cookie that remembers your cookie-banner choice, and — if analytics is enabled and you accept — anonymous usage statistics that help us understand which products people enjoy. You can decline cookies in the banner at any time; the site works fully either way.

4. Digital Delivery

Product files are delivered by Ballwool immediately after checkout. Download links are also sent to the email address used at Ballwool checkout.
