1. Digital Product Nature

All JamSumStore products are digital downloads. No physical item will be shipped. Files are delivered by Ballwool immediately after checkout.

2. Licensing & Usage Rights

Unless a product listing states otherwise, purchases are licensed for personal use. You may print printable files as many times as you need for your own household, classroom or event. You may not resell, share, redistribute or upload the digital files themselves, in whole or in part. Finished handmade items made from our crochet patterns may be sold in small quantities with credit to JamSumStore.

3. Purchases & Ballwool Checkout

All sales are processed by Ballwool. Prices shown on this site are the prices listed on Ballwool at the time this site was last updated; the Ballwool product page shows the final price at checkout.

4. Refunds & Replacements

Because products are instant downloads, please read each listing carefully before purchasing. If a file is defective, corrupted, or you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days and we will replace the file or arrange a refund through Ballwool.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, patterns, text and images in JamSumStore products are the property of JamSumStore and are protected by copyright. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the design.

6. Limitation of Liability & Contact
